Welcome!Great that you are taking up this 7 day challenge of the Mind. In this volatile world, we can easily lose ourselves. Much of this anxiety does not derive from scarcity, but of our perception of scarcity. The mind is telling us there is not enough. But is that so?

Not enough money? The rich are getting richer.
Not enough food? 30% of food is thrown away.
Not enough houses? Empty office space is abundant.

This is not scarcity. This is wrong distribution.This course focuses on another perceived scarcity: not being enough. Is that truly so? During these 7 days, you will be asked to honestly answer 7 questions. You will (re)explore areas of your mind and hopefully you will find an abundance of beautiful you.
